ICCET recognizes that innovation appears in many forms from programs to marketing to operations to leadership. This award is one means to recognize the significant contributions an individual or group has made in the field of continuing education. The recipient will be voted upon by the ICCET Board, and will be announced at the annual ICCET Conference in the fall.

The Illinois Council for Continuing Education and Training (ICCET) wishes to recognize individuals who provide leadership in promoting community college continuing education/community services, either at the state or local level. Nominations are due July 1, and the award will be presented during the ICCET annual fall conference of even-numbered years. The recipient will be voted upon by the ICCET Board.
The Illinois Council for Continuing Education and Training (ICCET) wishes to recognize outstanding programs and to encourage replicable best practices throughout the State of Illinois. Nominations are due July 1 and the award will be presented to no more than three Illinois community colleges during the ICCET annual fall conference of odd-numbered years. The review committee consists of a current ICCET Board Member, a past ICCET President, and an individual not affiliated with ICCET. Award recipients will be nominated for the National Council for Continuing Education and Training (NCCET) Exemplary Program Award. The top award recipient will be encouraged to submit a presentation proposal for the annual NCCET conference. If chosen to present, ICCET will pay one conference registration fee.
